Goop Slime Recipe

Goop slime is such a fun sensory material and one that is perfect for kids of all ages.
You only need two ingredients to make this taste-safe play recipe, too! Read on for the easy tutorial.

GOOP is an amazingly fun play material that acts as both a liquid and a solid interchangeably. If you handle it quickly, it appears solid. You can pick it up and even form it into a ball, but if you handle it slowly the goop turns to a liquid right in your hands!

How to Make GOOP Slime

• Corn starch
• Water
• Food coloring(optional)

• Begin by pouring the desired amount of corn starch into a large bin or container. We used one box.

• Slowly add water to the container and mix, slowly adding more water and mixing until the desired consistency is reached.

• For point of reference we used roughly 1 cup of water, but you can use more or less to explore with varying consistencies.
• Add food coloring to the surface of the goop if color is desired.

• The colors will swirl into the goop slime as kids play, creating a marbleized effect!

This slime recipe is made without glue and is taste-safe, making it great for kids of all ages!

• Divide the goop into bowls before adding food coloring, using one bowl for each color of the rainbow!
• Then, pour the bowls into a bin or container in rainbow order to make rainbow goop slime!
